Terms & Conditions | Moslow Wood Products Payment Terms Orders are shipped COD, or prepaid by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express, until credit is established. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Once credit is approved, terms are Net 30 days. Orders will not be processed if any balance is more than 60 days past due. Claims All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage in transit must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. We assume no liability for damages incurred in transit. Returns All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be free of scratches, dents, and other damage. Returns resulting from customer error are subject to: A 25% restocking fee, and All related shipping costs. Overruns & Underruns Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, all custom orders are subject to a ±5% variance in quantity. Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities ordered. Materials We reserve the right to substitute North American Black Walnut with high-quality, Walnut-stained solid hardwood of comparable grade and appearance if necessary. Changes & Cancellations All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Changes may affect estimated ship dates. Any work completed prior to a cancellation will be invoiced in full. F.O.B. All shipments are F.O.B. Powhatan, Virginia. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup. Shipping Standard shipping methods are FedEx and UPS Ground. USPS, freight truck, and rush shipping options are available upon request. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing Due to volatility in raw material costs, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Use of Product Images Moslow Wood Products reserves the right to photograph, record, and otherwise document products manufactured within its facility and to use such images for marketing, promotional, portfolio, and related business purposes. If a customer does not consent to the use of images depicting their products, the customer must provide written notice to Moslow Wood Products prior to or upon delivery of the goods. Upon receipt of such notice, Moslow Wood Products will refrain from using, and will remove upon request, any images reasonably identifiable as the customer’s products.
